摘　　要：文章通过对清水混凝土质量缺陷及产生原因的分析,从原材料控制、模具要求、生产工艺三方面进行系统实践,实现工厂生产大型预应力清水混凝土墙板的目标。在原材料控制方面,对水泥、掺合料、骨料、外加剂及混凝土工作性提出要求;在模具方面,采用旧模台结合生产工艺,实现良好的清水饰面效果;在生产工艺方面,从工厂预应力张拉模台和管理制度的实际情况出发,通过严控原材料质量、混凝土配方、模具处理工艺、构件堆放保护及饰面保护措施,实现大型预应力清水混凝土墙板从理论研究到生产落地的全过程,为装配式行业工厂批量化生产清水混凝土构件提供新思路。This paper analyzes the quality defects and causes of fair-faced concrete,and performs system practice in three aspects,including control of raw materials,mold requirements and production technology,so as to realize the target of producing large prestressed fair-faced concrete wall panel by factory.In control of raw materials,it puts forward requirements for the workability of cement,admixture,aggregate,admixture and concrete;in terms of mold,it adopts old mold table combined with production technology,so as to realize excellent effect of fair-faced finish;in terms of production technology,starting from the actual circumstance of prestressed tensioned mold table of factory and management system,through strict control of the quality of raw materials,the formula of concrete,mold processing technology,component stacking protection and finish protection measures,it realizes the whole process of large prestressed fair-faced concrete wall panel from theoretical research to practical production,and it provides a new idea for mass production of fair-faced concrete component by assembled industry factory.
