摘　　要：介绍了氨汽提工艺尿素装置二氧化碳压缩机汽轮机振动异常的发展过程,采用在线监测系统准确判断出是由于叶片断裂造成振动异常,并通过检修得到了验证。分析指出,叶片断裂的原因是金属材料腐蚀与疲劳损坏所致,为汽轮机的安全稳定运行提出了可借鉴意见。This article described the development process of abnormal vibration of the carbon dioxide compressor steam turbine in the urea plant which used the ammonia stripping process.The online monitoring system accurately identified the abnormal vibration caused by blade fracture,and it was verified during maintenance.Analyzing the causes of blade fracture provided valuable operational experience for the safe and stable operation of similar steam turbines.
