摘  要:酸性气体脱除装置中,吸收了H2S与CO_(2)的富液甲醇压力较高,通过减压闪蒸对富液甲醇进行初步解吸净化,在此过程中全部采用减压阀直接减压送入后系统,能量白白浪费。若采用液力发电设备回收此部分能量,不仅能够节能降耗,还可以产生一定的经济效益,通过调研与论证来研究液力发电的可行性。In the acetic gas removal unit,the initial purification of desulphurization and decarbonization is realized by reducing the pressure of methanol,which has absorbed H2S and CO_(2).During this process,the fluent is directly sent to the downstream after being depressurized by the relieve valves,let the energy wasted idly.If using hydraulic power equipment to recover this part of energy,not only could it save the energy and reduce the consumption,but also could produce some economic benefits.This paper researched the feasibility of hydroelectricity generation.
