摘　　要：烟气脱硫塔筒体的圆度影响烟气脱硫效果,筒体直线度影响塔内件的组对质量和塔体运行安全性,通过对比不同标准规范,从设计、制造、运输和组焊多方面提出筒体圆度和直线度的技术要求,从而严格控制各环节的产品质量,保证烟气脱硫塔的运行效果与安全。The roundness of the flue gas desulfurization tower affects the flue gas desulfurization effect,and the straightness of the cylinder affects the assembly quality of the tower's internal components and the safety of the tower's operation.By comparing different standard specifications,the technical requirements for cylinder roundness and straightness were proposed from multiple aspects such as design,manufacturing,transportation,and assembly welding,in order to strictly control the product quality of each link and ensure the operation effect and safety of the flue gas desulfurization tower.
