气化废水预处理装置长周期运行实践

摘　　要：分析水煤浆气化装置气化废水预处理工段汽提系统运行周期短的原因,通过改造汽提塔塔盘、对汽提塔塔盘进行深度清洗除垢、降低进汽提系统废水中的硬度和悬浮物等优化措施,汽提系统单系列装置运行周期从最初22 d提升至100 d以上。According to the problems in the actual operation of the gasification wastewater pretreatment section,the reasons for the short operation cycle of the stripping system were analyzed,and the optimization measures such as transforming the tray,deeply cleaning and descaling of the stripping tray,and reducing the hardness and suspended solids in the wastewater of the inlet stripping system were proposed,so that the operation cycle of the single series of devices was increased from 22 days in the initial phase to more than 100 days now.
