摘 要:目的本研究旨在比较核固红、中性红和伊红复染液在含铁血黄素染色中的染色效果,为实验室选择更适合常规操作使用的复染剂提供参考。方法对确诊为含铁血黄素阳性的病理切片进行含铁血黄素染色,然后分别使用0.1%核固红、0.5%中性红和1%伊红进行复染。结果使用0.1%核固红进行复染的切片显示出清晰的定位和较强的对比度。结论0.1%核固红复染液在染色效果上表现更佳,有利于病理医生的观察,并对提高含铁血黄素阳性检出率具有实际价值。Objective This study aims to compare the staining effects of nuclear fast red,neutral red,and eosin counterstains in hemosiderin staining,providing a reference for laboratories to choose the most suitable counterstain for routine procedures.Methods Tissue sections diagnosed with positive hemosiderin staining were stained with hemosiderin and subsequently counterstained with 0.1%nuclear fast red,0.5%neutral red,and 1%eosin,respectively.Results Sections counterstained with 0.1%nuclear fast red exhibited clear localization and strong contrast.Conclusion The counterstaining with 0.1%nuclear fast red demonstrates superior staining effects,facilitating observation by pathologists and having practical value in enhancing the detection rate of positive hemosiderin staining.
