摘　　要：从“血不利则为水”的角度探讨慢性下肢静脉性水肿的中医证治,认为“血瘀水停”是慢性下肢静脉性水肿的重要病机,气病尤其是脾肾阳虚是发病的根本原因。临证在重视治血、治水和治气的同时要兼顾治络,以经方为本,活用虫类药和藤类药,补气兼顾温阳,活血兼顾逐瘀,通络兼顾养络。To explore the treatment of chronic venous edema of lower extremities in traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of unsmooth blood circulation resulting in water retention.This idea believes that"blood stasis and water retention"is an important pathogenesis of chronic venous edema of the lower limbs,and qi disease,especially spleen and kidney yang deficiency,is the fundamental cause of its onset.While emphasizing the treatment of blood,water,and qi,clinical practice should also take into account the treatment of collaterals and prioritize classical formula.Insect and vine medicinals should be flexibly used to tonify qi as well as warm yang,activate blood and eliminate stasis,and unblock and nourish collaterals.
