摘  要:炎症是生物组织受到某种刺激,如外伤、感染等损伤因子的刺激所发生的一种以防御反应为主的基本病理过程,炎症的发展可能导致局部组织的变异和增生,从而进一步加速疾病发展。赤芍作为常用的中药材之一,具有清热凉血,散瘀止痛的功效。笔者通过综述近期国内外关于赤芍抗炎活性的物质基础及其作用机制的相关文献,发现赤芍中的萜类、挥发油、酚酸、黄酮类、鞣质等多种化学成分通过AMPK、MAPK、NF-κB、STAT6和HO-1信号通路发挥抗炎作用,从而治疗结肠炎、关节炎、乳腺炎和角膜炎等相关炎症疾病。Inflammation is a basic pathological process dominated by defensive reactions that occurs when biological tissues are stimulated by certain stimuli,such as trauma,infection and other injury factors.The development of inflammation may lead to variation and proliferation of local tissues,thus further accelerating the development of diseases.Red peony root is one of the most extensively used Chinese herbal medicinals,and has the actions of clearing heat,cooling blood,dispersing blood stasis,and relieving pain.By reviewing the recent literature on the material basis and mechanism of anti-inflammatory activity of red peony root,the authors found that terpenoids,volatile oils,phenolic acids,flavonoids,tannins and other chemical components in the medicinal exert anti-inflammatory effects through AMPK,MAPK,NF-κB,STAT6 and HO-1 signaling pathways,and therefore,it can be used to treat related inflammatory diseases such as colitis,arthritis,mastitis and keratitis.
