摘 要:表面活性剂分子的复配体系往往比单一表面活性剂体系表现出更好的物化性能,因此得到广泛使用。将双癸基二甲基氯化铵DEQ和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO_(3)分别按照不同质量比进行复配,详细考察了不同复配体系临界胶束浓度(cmc)、耐碱性、润湿性、乳化性、发泡性的变化情况。结果显示:复配体系表现出良好的协同效应。当复配比为1∶3时,cmc最低为1.46×10^(-5)mol/L,表面张力r_(cmc)达到最低值29.65 mN/m,表面吸附量Γ_(max)为3.01×10^(-10) mol/m^(2);当复配比为2∶1时,起泡性能优异,泡沫丰富,且稳泡性能达到88%,此对比单一的非离子表面活性剂AEO_(3)具有很大的改善;同时润湿性6.35 s明显高于非离子表面活性剂AEO_(3)。Complex systems of surfactant molecules often exhibited better physicochemical properties than single surfactant systems,and was therefore widely used.Didecyldimethylammonium chloride(DEQ)and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO_(3))were mixed according to different mass ratios,respectively,the changes of critical micelle concentration(cmc),alkali resistance,wettability,emulsifying property and foaming property were investigated in detail.The results showed that when the complex system DEQ∶AEO3 was 1∶3,the lowest value of cmc was 1.46×10^(-5) mol/L,the lowest value of surface tension rcmc was 29.65 mN/m,and the surface adsorptionΓmax was 3.01×10^(-10) mol/m^(2).At the ratio of 2∶1,the foaming property was excellent,the foam was abundant,and the foam stability reached the optimum value of 88%.Compared with non-ionic surfactant AEO_(3),the wettability of 6.35 s was obviously higher than that of non-ionic surfactant AEO_(3).
