摘　　要：为提高ECDP的染色性能,系统研究分散型阳离子染料对ECDP的染色动力学和染色工艺。结果表明,分散型阳离子染料对ECDP的上染过程遵循准二级动力学吸附理论。优化染色工艺为:温度100℃,匀染剂1227用量0.5%(omf),染色织物的各项色牢度均达到服用要求。In order to improve the dyeing performance of ECDP,the dyeing kinetics and staining process of dispersed cationic dyes on ECDP were systematically studied.The results showed that the dyeing process of dispersed cationic dyes on ECDP followed the quasi second order kinetic adsorption theory.The optimized dyeing process was as follows:temperature 100℃,dosage of leveling agent 12270.5%(omf),and all color fastness of the dyed fabric met the requirements for wearing.
