摘　　要：将螯合分散剂M-279、染色增效剂M-2431、分散匀染剂M-2432组合应用于涤纶梭织布碱减量后免水洗染色工艺中,并与传统染色工艺进行对比。结果表明:该组合具有优异的匀染性,对浆料和低聚物具有较好的分散性,对工作液中的油剂具有较好的乳化性,能有效解决因免水洗造成的染色问题,染品质量达到传统工艺水平的同时还能节水降耗。The chelating dispersant M-279,the dyeing synergist M-2431 and the dispersion leveling agent M-2432 were applied to the water-free dyeing process after polyester shuttle alkali reduction,and com⁃pared with the traditional dyeing process.The results showed that this combination had excellent levelness,good dispersibility to slurries and oligomers,good emulsifying properties to oil agents in working fluids,and could effectively solve dyeing problems caused by no water washing.The quality of dyeing products reached the level of traditional processes while also saving water and reducing consumption.
