双螺旋转子泵在油田污水处理系统中的应用

摘　　要：油田污水处理站是地面工艺系统的重要站场,污水回收泵是其中主要耗能设备之一。当前在用的污水回收泵为卧式螺杆泵,采取负压回收方式,受采出液特性影响,螺杆泵运行状况不稳定,其表现为故障频繁、能耗高、维修费用高,困扰油田生产。为此,某油田应用双螺旋转子泵替代螺杆泵工艺,更换后,平均单台能耗下降30%,共节省电量约32×10^(4) kWh,节约维修成本费用80万元。通过对螺杆泵工艺现状进行客观论述,对双螺旋转子泵应用情况进行客观分析评价,为油田污水回收工艺提供借鉴参考。The treatment station of oilfield sewage is an important station in surface process systems.What's more,the sewage recovery pump is one of the main energy consuming equipment.At present,the sewage recovery pump that is being used is horizontal screw pump.It is taken recovery way to negative pressure.Due to the influence of the characteristics of produced liquid,the operating condition of the screw pump is unstable,which is characterized by frequent faults,high energy consumption,and high maintenance costs,troubling the oilfield production.Hence,the double-screw rotor pump of an oilfield is applied instead of the screw pump process.After the replacement,the average energy consumption of a single unit is decreased by 30%,saving a total of about 32×10^(4) kWh of electricity and 800000 yuan of maintenance costs.By focusing on the objective discussion of the current situation of screw pump process and objectively analyzing and evaluating the application of the doublescrew rotor pump,it is provided a reference for the oilfield sewage recovery process.
