摘　　要：潜油电泵在油田机械采油方面应用非常广泛,由于长期在井下工作,潜油电泵结垢腐蚀、磨损现象严重需要进行检维修,但在机组拆卸时,存在轴承支持架拆卸困难、员工劳动强度大、工作效率低等问题。由移动平台(移动小车、启动柜、电动机、减速机、安全护罩、机械手)和固定平台组成的潜油电泵轴承支持架拆装装置,作业中改变了拆卸方式,移动平台的电器部分,实现拆装自动化,解放了人工,机械手定位准确,综合消减了人工操作带来的安全隐患,固定平台支撑稳固牢靠,均达到安全操作目的。应用于1000余台次的潜油电泵轴承支持架拆装维修,累计创效42.6万元,该项探索提高了安全操作系数和工作效率,对同类设备拆装作业具有良好的借鉴意义。The electric submersible pumps have been widely applied in oilfield mechanical oil production.Due to long-term downhole work,the electric submersible pump need to be inspected and repaired due to scaling,corrosion,and wear phenomena.However,when disassembling the unit,there are problems such as difficult in disassembling the bearing support frames,high labor intensity among employees,and low work efficiency.The disassembly and assembly device for the bearing support frame of electric submersible pump,which is composed of a mobile platform(mobile trolley,starter cabinet,motor,reducer,safety shield,manipulator)and a fixed platform,has changed the disassembly method during operation.The electrical part of mobile platform has achieved automation in disassembly and assembly,freed up labor,ensured accurate positioning of the manipulator,comprehensively reduced the safety hazards caused by manual operation,and the fixed platform is firmly supported,which achieves the purpose of safe operation.The disassembly and maintenance of the bearing support frame of more than 1000 electric submersible pumps are applied,creating a cumulative benefit of 426000 yuan.This exploration has improved the safety operation coefficient and work efficiency,which has a good reference value for the disassembly and installation of similar equipment.
