摘 要:原油精确计量是石油输送过程中重要环节,对油田生产管理、贸易结算和决策制定至关重要。文中在通过对原油计量产生的误差和原油化验误差进行分析,探讨了油高、油温、原油密度、原油含水、原油温度和压力等因素对计量准确性的影响。在此基础上,提出了在原油计量过程中提高准确性的具体方法,强调了选用计量准确度较高的计量仪器、加强计量人员和设备的管理的重要性。通过措施的实施,现场取得显著的效果和效益,提高计量准确性,降低计量误差和安全事故发生率,提升工作效率,为生产管理和决策提供可靠的基础数据。The accurate measurement of crude oil is an important link in the process of oil transportation,which is crucial for oilfield production management,trade settlement,and decision-making.By analyzing the errors caused by crude oil measurement and crude oil testing,the effects of factors such as oil height,oil temperature,crude oil density,crude oil water content,crude oil temperature and pressure on measurement accuracy are discussed.On this basis,putting forward the specific methods for improving accuracy in the crude oil measurement process,emphasizing the importance of selecting measuring instruments with high measurement accuracy,and strengthening the management of measuring personnel and equipment have been of importance.Through the implementation of measures,the significant results and benefits have been achieved on site,which improves measurement accuracy,reduces measurement errors and the incidence of safety accidents,improves work efficiency,and provides reliable basic data for production management and decision-making.
