摘  要:为解决在施工过程中发现的支座预埋板腐蚀问题,提出采用锌铝粉末渗锌工艺提高其耐腐蚀性及表面硬度,减少支座预埋板锈蚀造成的经济损失,保证现场施工人员的安全。主要叙述了锌铝合金粉末渗锌的工艺流程,重点介绍了抛丸、渗锌、钝化等关键工序,并介绍了该类产品的检验要求。In order to solve the corrosion problem of the bearing embedded plate discovered during the construction process,it is proposed to use the zinc-aluminum powder co-infiltration process to improve its corrosion resistance and surface hardness,reduce the economic losses caused by the corrosion of the bearing embedded plate,and ensure the safety of on-site construction.The article mainly described the process flow of zinc-aluminum alloy powder co-infiltration,focusing on several key processes such as shot blasting,zinc infiltration,passivation,etc.The specific application of this process was introduced,and finally,the prospects for this process were proposed.
