摘　　要：厘清导致老年虐待的关键因素是当前老龄化进程中防治虐老现象、保障老年弱势群体福祉的迫切需求。基于照顾者压力理论、社会交换论和外在情景因素论构建老年虐待形成的系统性理论分析框架,并利用2018年中国老年社会追踪调查数据,实证分析导致老年虐待的因素并量化分解各类因素对老年虐待差异的贡献度,从全局视角探讨老年虐待的关键归因与防治策略。研究发现,健康依赖、时间和经济压力等照料者压力因素增加了老年虐待的发生风险,而家庭代际互惠因素中的向下代际经济支持与良好的代际关系起到了缓解老年虐待的作用。其中,健康依赖、代际关系和时间、经济压力是导致老年虐待的三大主因,但现阶段社会养老服务和经济支持资源在防治老年虐待方面发挥的作用有待提升。It is an urgent need to clarify the key factors for elder abuse in the current aging process to prevent elder abuse and ensure the welfare of the elderly vulnerable groups.Based on the caregiver stress theory,social exchange theory and external situational factor theory,this paper constructs a systematic theoretical analysis framework of elder abuse formation,using the data of China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey(CLASS)in 2018 to empirically analyze the factors for elder abuse and quantify the contribution of various factors to the difference of elder abuse,and discusses the key attribution and prevention strategies of elder abuse from a global perspective.The results show that the caregiver pressure factors such as health dependence,time pressure and economic pressure increase the risk of elder abuse,while the downward intergenerational economic support and good intergenerational relationship among family intergenerational reciprocity factors play a role in alleviating elder abuse.Among them,health dependence,intergenerational relationship,time pressure and economic pressure are the three main causes of elder abuse.At the present stage,the role of social elderly care services and economic support resources in the prevention and treatment of elder abuse needs to be improved.
