摘 要:为提高混凝土在冻融环境下的耐久性,研究0.9 kg/m^(3)聚丙烯纤维掺量下混凝土等级和冻融循环次数两种因素对混凝土抗压强度和质量损失的影响。将C40、C50素混凝土和同等级聚丙烯纤维混凝土进行50、100、150、200次冻融循环试验。使用origin软件进行试验数据分析,并对建立抗压强度损伤模型。结果表明:冻融0次时,添加聚丙烯纤维对C40、C50素混凝土的抗压强度分别提高了4.2%和3.8%,随着冻融次数达200次时,聚丙烯纤维的加入使混凝土抗压强度损失率减小了7.9%和5.5%,说明聚丙烯纤维混凝土抗冻性优于普通混凝土。在试验数据的基础上,理论分析了不同配合比聚丙烯纤维混凝土冻融循环后抗压强度损伤规律,建立了混凝土冻融破坏后的力学性能损伤规律模型。In order to improve the durability of concrete in freeze thaw environment,the effects of concrete grade and freeze thaw cycle times on the compressive strength and mass loss of concrete with 0.9 kg/m^(3)polypropylene fiber content were studied.The freeze thaw cycles of C40,C50 plain concrete and polypropylene fiber concrete of the same grade were carried out for 50,100,150 and 200 times.The experimental data analyzed by Origin software are used to establish the compressive strength damage model.The results show that when freezing and thawing for 0 times,the compressive strength of C40 and C50 plain concrete added with polypropylene fiber is increased by 4.2%and 3.8%respectively.With the addition of polypropylene fiber for 200 times,the loss rate of compressive strength of concrete is reduced by 7.9%and 5.5%,indicating that the frost resistance of polypropylene fiber concrete is better than that of ordinary concrete.Based on the experimental data,the compressive strength damage law of polypropylene fiber concrete with different mix proportion after freeze-thaw cycle is theoretically analyzed,and the mechanical property damage law model of concrete after freeze thaw failure is established.
