设有“弧面型”导流板的保水堰数值模拟研究

摘  要:保水堰是一种保水保压装置,包括上下游的有压箱涵及中间的保水堰堰井,作用是保证有压箱涵在任何情况下均处于有压状态,以避免气体进入有压箱涵。保水堰在大流量运行时堰室内常出现漩涡及高速主流发散等复杂流态阻碍保水堰过流。为抑制漩涡的产生并压缩主流,在保水堰过流时使用了“弧面型”导流板。导流板型式参数包括夹角α、β及导流板内径R。对不同工况下(α、β、R)有无导流元件的堰室水流进行数值模拟计算并进行对比,发现各参数中β为导流效果的主要影响因素,通过设置导流板可减小漩涡区边缘流速0.06 m/s,提高主流区集中度8.47%,并增大过流能力17.8%。该研究可为大型输水工程典型保水堰建筑物的输水能力提升提供思路,具有重要的实际工程意义。Water retaining weir is a water retaining and pressure retaining device.Its upstream and downstream architectural forms include a pressure box culvert and a water retaining weir well in the middle.Its function is to ensure that the pressure box culvert is in a state of pressure under any circumstances,so as to avoid gas entering the pressure box culvert.Complex flow patterns such as vortex and divergence of high speed mainstream often occur in the weir during the operation of large flow rate.In order to restrain the vortex and compress the main flow,a"curved surface"deflector is used when the water-retaining weir passes through the flow.The type parameters of the baffle include included angle α,β and inner diameter R of the deflector.Through the numerical simulation calculation and comparison of the flow in weir chambers with/without diversion elements under different working conditions(α,β,R),it is found that the angle β is the main influencing factor of the diversion effect.By setting the diversion plate,the flow velocity at the edge of the vortex zone can be reduced by 0.06 m/s,the concentration of the main flow zone can be improved by 8.47%,and the overflow capacity can be increased by 17.8%.It can provide ideas for improving the water conveyance capacity of typical water-retaining weir buildings in large water conveyance projects and has important practical engineering significance.
