减肥膏联合推拿手法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖病临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察减肥膏联合推拿手法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖病的临床效果。[方法]将62例脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各31例,对照组患者予自制中药减肥膏涂抹、健康饮食和运动宣教;治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合推拿手法。两组均隔天治疗1次,10次为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后评价两组临床疗效,观察两组患者的体质量、腰围、体质量指数(BMI)、中医证候积分、血脂水平[血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]变化。[结果]治疗组总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的70.97%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的体质量、腰围、BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C、中医证候积分等指标水平均较治疗前显著降低,HDL-C水平较治疗前升高(均P<0.05),且治疗组体质量、腰围、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C治疗前后差值均大于对照组(均P<0.05),BMI、中医证候积分水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]减肥膏联合推拿手法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖病疗效满意,具有临床推广价值。[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of weight-reducing ointment combined with tuina manipu⁃lation in the treatment of simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness type.[Methods]A total of 62 patients with simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-made weight-reducing ointment of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine,healthy diet and physical exercise education.The patients in the treatment group were treated with tuina manipulation on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated once every two days,10 times as a course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The changes of body weight,waist circumference,body mass index(BMI),TCM syndrome scores and blood lipid levels as serum total choles⁃terol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC)were observed in the two groups.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,which was higher than 70.97%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of body weight,waist circumference,BMI,TC,TG,LDL-C and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the level of HDL-C was higher than that before treatment(all P<0.05).The differences of body weight,waist cir⁃cumference,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C before and after treatment in the treatment group were greater than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the levels of BMI and TCM syndrome scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The curative effect of weight-reducing ointment combined with tuina manipulation in the treatment of simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness type is approved,and it has the value of clinical promo⁃tion.
