摘  要:针对卷扬机起升机构在吊钩下放过程中存在钢丝绳卡绳导致的安全事故问题,设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的钢丝绳卡绳保护装置.根据工程应用实际,给出了基于PLC的保护装置设计原理及相应的保护控制PLC梯形图设计,并对所设计的保护装置经工程试验进行了验证.试验结果表明,此保护装置不仅可靠性高,能有效避免钢丝绳卡绳而导致的安全事故,而且安装简便、经济性好,可广泛应用于卷扬机起升机构钢丝绳卡绳的安全监控保护中.Aiming at the safety accidents caused by steel wire rope jamming in the hoisting mechanism of winches in the process of lowering hooks,this paper designs a PLC-based protection device of steel wire rope jamming.According to the practical engineering application is provided the design principle of the protection device based on PLC and the corresponding protection control PLC ladder diagram.The designed protection device has been verified by engineering test.The test results show that the proposed protection device not only has high reliability,effectively avoiding the safety accidents caused by steel wire rope stuck,but also has simple installation and good economy,able to be widely used in safety monitoring and protection of the steel wire rope jamming in the hoisting mechanism of winches.
