摘 要:实验室是高校教学和科研的重要基地,专业实验室建设是国家级一流本科专业建设的重要内容。目前教学与科研实验室建设与管理过程中存在着教学场地空闲、仪器更新滞后、教学实验岗工作量不足,而科研场地拥挤、仪器先进、缺乏专职实验室管理人员等矛盾冲突。通过将教学和科研实验室资源如场地、仪器设备、人员、规章制度进行融合、梳理等,构建了专业学科范围内的教学科研“融合共享”平台。依托共享平台,通过更新实验教学内容、实验室开放教学、科研实验室安全管理等形式,全面提升教学与科研能力水平。Laboratory is an important base for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,and the construction of specialized laboratory is an important content of national first-class undergraduate specialty construction.At present,in the process of teaching and scientific research laboratory construction and management,there exist some conflicts,such as idle teaching space vs crowded scientific research space,backward updating of teaching instruments vs advanced scientific research instruments,insufficient workload of teaching posts vs lack of full-time laboratory management personnel.Through the integration and sorting of teaching and scientific research laboratory resources such as sites,equipment,personnel,rules and regulations,etc.,the“integration and sharing”platform of teaching and scientific research within the scope of the discipline is constructed.Relying on the shared platform,the teaching and research ability can be improved comprehensively through updating experimental teaching content,open laboratory teaching,and safety management of research laboratories.
