摘　　要：统筹城市整体发展利益和社区发展需求,注重有机特征的城市更新已经成为一种广泛的学术共识和行动倡议。在实践中,应对社区再发展需求的多任务目标、功能和空间的多类型结果、行动过程的多主体协作共同构成了相关再开发机制的核心,也体现其可操作性。选取前扈伊兵营历史地块的再开发作为当代巴黎城市更新的典型案例,通过还原其更新发展方式,识别主体构成并对模式化的运行机制加以建构,得出对中国城市实施有机更新的规划策略思考。Urban regeneration with a focus on organic nature,based on the interests of overall urban areas and local neighborhoods,has become a widespread academic consensus as well as an action initiative.The adaptive development approach is characterized by multi-objectives in response to renewal needs,diverse types of functional spatial outcomes,and multi-actor collaboration.This article presents a case study of the urban redevelopment of the former Caserne de Reuilly in Paris.By examining the development pattern,the inherent actor components and operational mechanisms are identified,which would promote strategic thinking for local urban regeneration.
