摘　　要：建筑工程质量关系到人民群众生命财产安全,要保证工程质量达标,就必须做好工程质量检测工作,鉴于当前工程质量检测行业市场竞争日益激烈,如何确保工程质量检测机构中立性是目前急需要解决的问题。本文将通过建立信用评价机制来规范工程质量检测行业的行为,帮助企业切实提高施工质量,从而促进建筑工程质量的提高。The quality of construction engineering is related to the safety of people's lives and property,to ensure that the quality of the project standards,we must do a good job of engineering quality testing,in view of the current engineering quality testing industry market competition is increasingly fierce,how to ensure the neutrality of engineering quality testing institutions is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper proposes to use the credit evaluation mechanism to standardize the industry behavior,to solve the current existing problems in the engineering quality testing industry,and to help to improve the construction quality of construction engineering.
