摘　　要：针对当前医院数据库系统面临的性能压力和优化难题,文中构建了医院数据库系统仿真环境,设计、测试了不同的查询场景,并对数据库的结构优化、索引优化、SQL优化等进行了综合处理,评估了优化效果。研究结果表明,进行合理的表规范化设计、添加索引(尤其是针对条件列的索引)、重构SQL语句等,可以显著提高查询响应速度,使不同查询场景的执行时间平均缩短50%。文中总结了医院数据库性能优化的有效策略,希望能为数据库管理员提供参考。Aiming at the performance pressure and optimization problems faced by the current hospital database system,this paper constructs a hospital database system simulation environment,designs and tests different query scenarios,and comprehensively handles database structure optimization,index optimization,SQL optimization,etc.,and evaluates the optimization effect.The research results show that reasonable table normalization design,adding indexes(especially for conditional columns),and reconstructing SQL statements can significantly improve the query response speed,and shorten the execution time of different query scenarios by an average of 50%.The study summarizes the efective strategies for hospital database performance optimization,hoping to provide optimization reference for database administrators.
