摘　　要：工业化学品的生产过程涉及许多潜在的危险和风险,因此必须采取有效的安全防范措施以保护人员和环境免受潜在的威胁。同时,应急响应计划的建立和执行至关重要,以应对可能发生的事故和灾难事件。本文将讨论系统安全管理体系、作业安全控制、检测和监测等方面的安全防范措施,并介绍应急响应计划的制定和实施步骤。进一步提出了建立安全文化的关键因素,并对未来的发展方向进行展望,希望可以为工业化学品生产企业提供指导和启示,以确保其在安全方面达到最佳实践水平。The production process of industrial chemicals involves many potential hazards and risks,therefore effective safety precautions must be taken to protect personnel and the environment from potential threats.At the same time,the establishment and execution of emergency response plans are also crucial to cope with potential accidents and disaster events.The article will discuss security measures in areas such as system security management system,job safety control,detection and monitoring,and introduce the development and implementation steps of emergency response plans.The key factors for establishing a safety culture were further proposed,and future development directions were envisioned,hoping to provide guidance and inspiration for industrial chemical production enterprises to ensure that they reach the best practical level in safety.
