摘　　要：全球经济一体化进程正将世界各国的政治、经济、文化和科技生活紧密地融合在一起。正确恰当地处理当代国际关系正成为世界各国以及各类国际组织协调相互之间利益关系的重要纽带。世界市场在产生了新的民商事关系和新的民商事秩序的形势下必然需要创制维护这种新关系和新秩序的治理方式。国际私法是全球经济融合发展到特定历史阶段并不断依据经济发展规律而完善成熟的制度性产物。当代国际关系下国际社会依然存在着诸多不和谐因素需要综合运用包括国际法治在内的多种方式来调整解决。国际私法在全球治理体系中占有基础性地位,在处理当代国际关系中发挥着举足轻重的作用。当代国际关系的发展亦要求国际私法通过发挥更加强劲的价值功能,担当起推进不同国家间民商事活动平等交往进而构建国际民商新秩序的重要使命。The process of global economic integration is closely integrating the political,economic,cultural,and technological lives of countries around the world.The correct and appropriate processing of contemporary international relations is becoming an important link for countries and various international organizations to coordinate their mutual interests.In the context of the emergence of new civil and commercial relations and a new civil and commercial order in the world market,it is necessary to create and maintain governance methods that uphold these new relationships and orders.Private international law is a systematic product of the integration and development of the global economy into a specific historical stage,constantly improving and maturing according to the laws of economic development.Under contemporary international relations,there are still many disharmonious factors in the international community that need to be comprehensively adjusted and resolved through various means,including international rule of law.Private international law holds a fundamental position in the global governance system and plays a crucial role in handling contemporary international relations.The development of contemporary international relations also requires private international law to play a more powerful value function and take on the important mission of promoting equal exchanges in civil and commercial activities between different countries,thereby building a new international civil and commercial order.
