蓖麻油酸锌中锌含量测定方法的研究

摘  要:如今,蓖麻油酸锌作为一种高效环保的新型除臭材料而被广泛应用,其中锌含量的高低会直接影响蓖麻油酸锌的除臭效果。然而,蓖麻油酸锌中锌含量的测定还没有国家标准,相关的文献报道以及实验研究也较少。为此,开展铬黑T指示剂EDTA络合滴定法、二甲酚橙指示剂EDTA络合滴定法以及火焰原子吸收光谱法测定蓖麻油酸锌中锌含量的对比研究实验,并分析EDTA络合滴定法测定蓖麻油酸锌中锌含量的关键影响因素。研究结果表明,两种EDTA络合滴定法与火焰原子吸收光谱法的测定结果较为相近,方法的准确度及适用性都较好,但火焰原子吸收光谱法不适用于大规模生产样品的分析,两种EDTA络合滴定法操作简便快捷且经济,更能满足实际检测需求。Nowadays,zinc castor oil is widely used as an efficient and environmentally friendly new deodorizing material,and the high or low zinc content directly affects the deodorization effect of zinc castor oil.However,there is no national standard for the determination of zinc content in zinc castor oil,and there are relatively few literature reports and experimental studies.To this end,comparative research experiments were conducted on the determination of zinc content in castor oil acid zinc using chromium black T indicator EDTA complexometric titration,xylenol orange indicator EDTA complexometric titration,and flame atomic absorption spectroscopy,and the key influencing factors of EDTA complexometric titration for determining zine content in castor oil acid zine were analyzed.The research results indicate that the two EDTA complexometric titration methods and flame atomic absorption spectroscopy have similar measurement results,with good accuracy and applicability.However,flame atomic absorption spectroscopy is not suitable for the analysis of large-scale production samples.The two EDTA complexometric titration methods are simple,fast,and economical,and can better meet practical detection needs.
