摘  要:液氨在精细化工行业应用广泛,主要作为原料使用,使用量逐年增长,而氨属于重点监管及特别管控危险化学品,因此液氨储罐罐区的设计尤为关键。以某企业项目为实例,通过对其罐区物料特点进行分析,明确了罐区液氨等物料性质、最大储量、防火间距和工艺安全等方面的要求,在此基础上依据规范条文进行液氨罐区设备布置的展开设计,最终使得该项目罐区设备布局合理合规,有效提升了液氨罐区的安全性。Liquid ammonia is widely used in the fine chemical industry,mainly as a raw material,and its usage has been increasing year by year.Ammonia is a key regulated and specially controlled hazardous chemical,so the design of the liquid ammonia storage tank area is particularly crucial.Taking a certain enterprise project as an example,by analyzing the characteristics of its tank area materials,the requirements for the properties,maximum storage capacity,fire separation distance,and process safety of liquid ammonia and other materials in the tank area were clarified.Based on this,the equipment layout of the liquid ammonia tank area was designed according to the normative provisions,ultimately making the equipment layout of the tank area of the project reasonable and compliant,effectively improving the safety of the liquid ammonia tank area.
