摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱测定生活用纸中的甲醛、乙二醛、戊二醛含量的方法,优化了色谱分析的参数,考察了不同的衍生条件,包括检测波长的选择、流动相的选择、衍生反应酸的选择、衍生反应试剂的用量、衍生反应溶剂的用量、衍生反应时间对衍生产物的影响,并对衍生物的稳定性进行了考察。本方法中甲醛、乙二醛、戊二醛在5mg/L~25mg/L范围内线性相关系数均大于0.995,方法检出限分别为0.01135mg/dm2、0.02462mg/dm^(2)、0.04841mg/dm^(2),高、中、低3个水平加标回收率在90.6%~99.0%之间,相对标准偏差范围为0.36%~2.88%,可满足生活用纸中甲醛、乙二醛、戊二醛检测要求。The chromatographic analysis parameters are optimized,and different derivative conditions are investigated,including the selection of detection wavelength,mobile phase,derivative reaction acid,amount of derivative reaction reagent,amount of derivative reaction solvent,and the effect of derivative reaction time on the derivative products.The stability of the derivatives is also investigated.In this method,the linear correlation coefficients of formaldehyde,glyoxal,and glutaraldehyde are all greater than 0.995 in the range of 5mg/L to 25mg/L.The detection limits of the method are 0.01135mg/dm^(2)、0.02462mg/dm^(2)、0.04841mg/dm^(2) and the recovery rates of high,medium,and low levels are between 90.6%and 99.0%.The relative standard deviation range is from 0.36%to 2.88%,which meet the detection requirements for formaldehyde,glyoxal,and glutaraldehyde in household paper.
