摘  要:本实验创新运用溶液富集在微载体后干燥固化的方法实现了X荧光光谱仪在真空状态测量溶液组分。方法运用滤纸和阻隔胶组合加工形成微载体,将铝、钛中空杯加入到了载体和样品盒之间起到了很好的背景强度消除作用。称取0.5g土壤成分分析标准物质,运用4种混酸将其充分溶解后经过滴加干燥制作成微载体样品。测试了样品中Ti、Al2O3、Fe2O3、MgO 4种组分含量,计算得到检出限范围在2.47μg/g~6.95μg/g之间。精密度实验表明,各组分测定值的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)在0.3%~0.8%之间。测定值与标准物质认定值相一致,方法能够满足样品的准确分析要求。This experiment innovatively utilizes the method of solution enrichment drying and curing on a microcarrier to achieve the measurement of solution composition under vacuum using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.The method uses a combination of filter paper and barrier adhesive to form a microcarrier.The experiments add aluminum and titanium hollow cups between the carrier and the sample box,which provide a good elimination of background intensity.0.5g of soil composition analysis standard is weighed and fully dissolved with a mixture of four acids.After drip drying,the microcarrier samples are prepared.The content of Ti,Al2O3,Fe2O3,and MgO components in the samples are determined,and the limits of detection(LODs)are calculated to be in the range of 2.47μg/g-6.95μg.The precision experiments show that the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=12)of the measured values of each component is between 0.3%and 0.8%.The measured value is consistent with the certified value of the reference material,and the method can meet the accurate analysis requirements of the samples.
