摘　　要：在分析我国职业篮球基本运营模式和现实困境的基础上,从青训人才与院校人才结合、体制培养与市场流动结合、专业训练与社会影响结合三个角度分析辽宁职业篮球“院校—市场—社会”三位一体模式的优势。在此基础上,提出辽宁职业篮球未来发展的创新路径:辽篮精神与文体强省的融合形成文化建设的体育符号,职业体育与一带一路的融合迈向对外开放的体育前沿,体育产业与振兴发展的融合构建产业转型的体育载体。On the basis of analyzing the basic operation mode and realistic predicament of professional basketball in China,the advantages of the trinity mode of“college-market-society”of Liaoning professional basketball are analyzed from three perspectives:the combination of youth training talents and college talents,the combination of system training and market flow,and the combination of professional training and social influence.On this basis,the innovation path of the future development of Liaoning professional basketball is put forward:the integration of the spirit of Liaoning basketball and the strong province of sports and sports forms a sports symbol of cultural construction,the integration of professional sports and the Belt and Road moves towards the frontier of sports opening to the outside world,and the integration of sports industry and revitalization and development builds a sports carrier of industrial transformation.
