山区林业产业发展对城乡收入差距的影响机制——基于就业与收入中介效应的视角

摘　　要：协同推进山区林业产业发展与缩小城乡收入差距,对于国家实施林业高质量发展推动共同富裕示范区建设具有重要意义。基于浙江省山区26县2001—2021年的面板数据,运用固定效应模型、中介效应模型和门槛模型揭示山区林业产业发展对城乡收入差距的影响机制。结果表明:(1)林业产业发展对城乡收入差距的影响为负,且在不同经济发展水平下的影响存在差异,经济发展水平高于5.953时,林业产业发展对城乡收入差距的影响降低。(2)山区林业产业规模通过就业和收入对城乡收入差距产生负向影响,山区林业产业结构合理化程度则通过收入效应缩小城乡收入差距。(3)相对于跨越发展县,林业产业发展对生态发展县城乡收入差距的负向影响更大,相对于城镇居民,对农村居民的增收效果更明显,林业产业发展有助于缩小城乡收入差距。应严格保护夯实山区林业产业发展资源基础,以科技创新引领山区林业产业高质量发展,以优化产业结构促进山区林业产业迭代升级,以就地就近就业带动山区农村居民增收。In the new development stage of solidly promoting common prosperity,it is of great significance to jointly promote the development of the mountainous forestry industry and narrow the urban-rural income gap for high-quality forestry development and the construction of common prosperity demonstration areas.Based on the panel data of 26 counties in mountainous areas of Zhejiang province from 2001 to 2021,this paper reveals the impact of forestry industry development on the urban-rural income gap and its mechanism from two aspects of forestry industry scale and forestry industry structure using panel fixed effect,panel threshold,and intermediary effect model.The results show that:(1)The impact of forestry industry development on the urban-rural income gap is negative,and there are differences in the impact of different levels of economic development.When the level of economic development is higher than 5.953,the impact of forestry industry development on the urban-rural income gap is reduced.(2)The scale of the forestry industry in mountainous areas hurts the urban-rural income gap through employment and income,and the rationalization of the forestry industry structure in mountainous areas narrows the urban-rural income gap through income effect.(3)Compared with leapfrog development counties,the development of the forestry industry has a greater negative impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas in ecological development counties.Compared with urban residents,the effect of increasing rural residents'income is more obvious.The forestry industry development helps narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas.It is necessary to strictly protect the resource base for forestry industry development in mountainous areas,guide the high-quality development of the forestry industry through scientific and technological innovation,optimize the structure to promote the iterative upgrading of the forestry industry,and increase the income of rural residents through local employment.This study can provide referenc
