摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加由罗伊氏黏液乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌和低聚异麦芽糖组成的合生元对哺乳犊牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响。选择健康、体况良好且体重相近的(10±2)日龄中国荷斯坦奶牛犊牛40头,随机分成4组,每组10头。对照组(HSY0组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加2.5(HSY2.5组)、5.0(HSY5.0组)和10.0 g/(d·头)(HSY10.0组)合生元制剂。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组(HSY0组)相比,HSY5.0组犊牛试验第21天体重显著提高(P<0.05);3个试验组第42天体重均显著提高(P<0.05),且HSY5.0组显著高于HSY2.5组和HSY10.0组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,HSY5.0组犊牛试验各阶段平均日增重(ADG)均显著提高(P<0.05);试验第1~42天,3个试验组ADG均显著提高(P<0.05),且HSY5.0组显著高于HSY2.5组和HSY10.0组(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,试验第21天,HSY5.0组犊牛体高、胸围和胸深均显著提高(P<0.05);试验第42天,3个试验组体高、胸围和胸深均显著提高(P<0.05),且HSY5.0组体斜长、胸围和胸深显著高于HSY2.5组和HSY10.0组(P<0.05),体高显著高于HSY2.5组(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,HSY5.0组犊牛干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,试验第21天,HSY5.0组犊牛血清甘油三酯(TG)和尿素氮(UN)含量显著降低(P<0.05);试验第42天,3个试验组血清TG含量均显著降低(P<0.05),且HSY5.0组显著低于HSY2.5组和HSY10.0组(P<0.05);HSY5.0组血清UN含量显著降低(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,试验第1~21天,HSY5.0组犊牛粪便评分显著降低(P<0.05),3个试验组腹泻率均显著降低(P<0.05);试验第22~42天,3个试验组粪便评分和腹泻率均显著降低(P<0.05);试验第1~42天,HSY5.0组和HSY10.0组粪便评分和腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。6)与对照组相比,试验第21天,HSY5.0组犊牛血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含�This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary synbiotics composed of Limosilactobacillus reuteri,Lactobacillus johnsonii and isomalto-oligosaccharide on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,immune function and antioxidant capacity of sucking calves.Forty healthy(10±2)-day-old Chinese Holstein cow calves with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 calves per group.Calves in the control group(HSY0 group)were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2.5(HSY2.5 group),5.0(HSY5.0 group)and 10.0 g/(d·head)(HSY10.0 group)synbiotic preparations,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group(HSY0 group),the body weight of calves on day 21 in HSY5.0 group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the body weight on day 42 in the three experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and which in HSY5.0 group was significantly higher than that in HSY2.5 and HSY10.0 groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)of calves at all stages in HSY5.0 group was significantly increased(P<0.05);from days 1 to 42,ADG in the three experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and which in HSY5.0 group was significantly higher than that in HSY2.5 and HSY10.0 groups(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,on day 21,the body height,heart girth and chest depth of calves in HSY5.0 group were significantly increased(P<0.05);on day 42,the body height,heart girth and chest depth in three experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the body dip length,heart girth and chest depth in HSY5.0 group were significantly higher than those in HSY2.5 and HSY10.0 groups(P<0.05),while the body height was significantly higher than that in HSY2.5 group(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP)and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)of calves in HSY5.0 group was significantl
