摘  要:提高肠道对脂肪的消化吸收效率可以促进动物的生长发育及维持机体健康。脂肪被肠道消化吸收后,在细胞内再合成,包括脂肪酸的摄取、甘油三酯的重新合成、乳糜微粒的合成以及乳糜微粒进入乳糜管等过程,其中乳糜微粒进入乳糜管是影响肠道对脂肪消化吸收的关键因素。血管内皮生长因子C(VEGFC)是一种促血管内皮细胞生长的调控因子,能与血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR3)结合,从而参与调控机体的多项生理过程。最新的研究表明,VEGFC还参与调控乳糜微粒进入乳糜管这一过程,进而影响动物肠道的脂肪消化吸收。本文主要阐述了VEGFC及其受体VEGFR3在动物机体内的分布情况及其对肠道脂肪消化吸收的调控作用,并初步探讨了VEGFC及VEGFR3对乳糜管结构和淋巴内皮细胞(LECs)连接方式的调控机制,以期深入了解VEGFC及其受体在动物肠道脂肪消化吸收中的作用,并为其应用提供参考依据。Improving the efficiency of intestinal lipid digestion and absorption can promote the growth and development of animals and maintain body health.After being digested and absorbed by the intestine,the lipid is resynthesized in the cell,including fatty acid uptake,triglyceride resynthesis,chylomicron synthesis and chylomicron entry into the lacteal and other processes,among which the entry of chylomicron into the lacteal is a key factor affecting the intestinal digestion and absorption of lipid.Vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGFC)is a regulatory factor promoting the growth of vascular endothelial cells,which can bind to vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3(VEGFR3)and participate in the regulation of many physiological processes in the body.Recent studies have shown that VEGFC is also involved in regulating the process of chylomicron entry into the lacteal,which in turn affects the digestion and absorption of lipid in the animal intestine.In this paper,the distribution of VEGFC and its receptor VEGFR3 in animals and its regulatory effects on intestinal lipid digestion and absorption were reviewed,and the regulatory mechanism of VEGFC and VEGFR3 on lacteal structure and lymphatic endothelial cells(LECs)connectivity was discussed,in order to further understand the role of VEGFC and its receptor in the intestinal lipid digestion and absorption of animals and provide reference for its application.
