摘  要:本研究通过间接测热法结合直接法测定并比较了不同加工工艺玉米在妊娠母猪上的净能值和养分表观消化率。试验选取6头二元(长×大)杂交健康经产妊娠第42天母猪,体重为(244±22)kg,平均胎次为5.9,采用4×6尤丁方试验设计,分为4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。饲粮处理包括粉碎玉米饲粮、压片玉米饲粮、膨化玉米饲粮和糯玉米饲粮。试验共开展4期,每期试验期8 d,其中预试验4 d,正试期4 d;正试期将试验猪转入自主研发的猪专用开路式呼吸测热小室,前3 d进行正常测热,最后1 d进行绝食测热。结果表明:1)妊娠母猪对膨化玉米饲粮总能、干物质、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率显著高于粉碎玉米饲粮(酸性洗涤纤维除外)和糯玉米饲粮(P<0.05)。2)膨化玉米的消化能、代谢能和净能显著高于其他3种玉米(P<0.05),妊娠母猪对不同加工工艺玉米饲粮的总产热量和绝食产热量无显著差异(P<0.05)。3)妊娠母猪对粉碎玉米、压片玉米、膨化玉米和糯玉米的净能值分别为12.79、12.37、13.63、12.88 MJ/kg DM。结果提示,膨化工艺可以显著提高妊娠母猪饲粮中玉米的有效能值和养分表观消化率。The net energy value and nutrient apparent digestibility of corn with different processing techniques in pregnant sows were measured and compared by indirect calorimetry and direct method.Six healthy multiparous sows with a body weight of(244±22)kg and an average parity of 5.9 were selected on the 42nd day of gestation by a 4×6 pseudo Latin square experiment design and were divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 sow per replicate.Dietary treatments included ground corn diet,steam-flaked corn diet,extruded corn diet and waxy corn diet,respectively.The experiment was carried out in 4 phases,and each phase lasted for 8 days,including 4 days of pre-test and 4 days of trial.During the trial period,the experimental pigs were transferred to the self-developed open-circuit respiratory calorimetric chamber for 3 days of daily calorimetry and 1 day of fasting calorimetry.The results showed as follows:1)the apparent digestibilities of total energy,dry matter,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of extruded corn diet in pregnant sows were significantly higher than those of ground corn diet(except acid detergent fiber)and waxy corn diet(P<0.05).2)The digestible energy,metabolizable energy and net energy of extruded corn were significantly higher than those of the other three kinds of corn(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the total heat production and fasting heat production of pregnant sows fed corn diets with different processing techniques(P<0.05).3)The net energy values of ground corn,steam-flaked corn,extruded corn and waxy corn in pregnant sows were 12.79,12.37,13.63 and 12.88 MJ/kg DM,respectively.The results suggest that the bulking process can significantly improve the effective energy value and nutrient apparent digestibility of corn in the diet for pregnant sows.
