摘  要:本试验旨在研究动物源性抗菌肽对荷斯坦奶公牛生长性能、瘤胃发酵指标、粪便评分、血清生化和免疫指标的影响,同时探究其适宜添加量。选取体重为(255.35±22.43)kg的荷斯坦奶公牛24头,随机分为3个组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮的基础上添加500(A组)和800 g/t(B组)的动物源性抗菌肽。预试期5 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)B组的平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2)A、B组的瘤胃pH显著高于对照组(P<0.05),瘤胃乙酸含量及乙丙比(A/P)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。B组的瘤胃微生物蛋白(MCP)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,A、B组的瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量有降低趋势(P=0.080)。3)A、B组的粪便评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)A、B组的血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),B组的血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加动物源性抗菌肽能够提高荷斯坦奶公牛的生长性能,改变瘤胃发酵模式为丙酸发酵。综合试验结果,以800 g/t动物源性抗菌肽的添加量作用效果较好。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of animal-derived antimicrobial peptides on growth performance,rumen fermentation indexes,fecal score,serum biochemical and immune indexes of Holstein dairy bulls,and to explore the appropriate supplemental level.Twenty-four Holstein dairy bulls with body weight of(255.35±22.43)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 1 bull per replicate.Bulls in the control group were fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 500(group A)and 800 g/t(group B)animal-derived antimicrobial peptides,respectively.The adaptation period lasted for 5 days and the formal period lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain(ADG)of group B was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).2)The rumen pH of groups A and B was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the rumen acetate content and acetate to propionate(A/P)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rumen microbial protein(MCP)content of group B was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the rumen total volatile fatty acid(TVFA)content of groups A and B showed a decreasing trend(P=0.080).3)The fecal score of groups A and B was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4)The serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity of groups A and B was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)content of group B was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In summary,the dietary animal-derived antimicrobial peptides can improve the growth performance of Holstein dairy bulls,and regulate the rumen fermentation mode to propionic acid fermentation.Based on the comprehensive experimental results,the effect of adding 800 g/t animal-derived an
