摘 要:本试验旨在研究2种来源棉酚对多浪羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和棉酚代谢的影响。选取18只体重为(37.13±4.78)kg、安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年多浪羊毛用羯羊,随机分为3组,分别为对照组(CK组,不含棉酚的饲粮)、游离棉酚组(FG组,饲粮中游离棉酚含量为524.12 mg/kg)和醋酸棉酚组(AG组,饲粮中外源性醋酸棉酚添加量为524.12 mg/kg),每组6个重复,每个重复1只羊。试验期120 d。结果表明:1)与CK组相比,饲喂2种来源棉酚饲粮对多浪羊干物质采食量和平均日增重无显著影响(P>0.05),FG组料重比显著增加(P<0.05)。2)与CK组相比,饲喂2种来源棉酚饲粮显著降低了干物质、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率(P<0.05),FG组粗脂肪表观消化率显著增加(P=0.05)。3)与CK组相比,饲喂2种来源棉酚饲粮对饮水量、排尿量、尿蛋白含量和排粪量无显著影响(P>0.05),FG组尿液pH显著降低(P<0.05)。晨饲前瘤胃液游离棉酚含量低于晨饲后,且晨饲后瘤胃液游离棉酚含量呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,FG组瘤胃液游离棉酚含量达到最高峰时间晚于AG组。AG组血浆和尿液游离棉酚含量高于FG组,与粪便排出游离棉酚含量结果相反,FG组尿液游离棉酚含量显著低于AG组(P<0.05)。饲喂2种来源棉酚饲粮降低了多浪羊营养物质表观消化率,增加了瘤胃液、血浆、尿液和粪便游离棉酚含量,继而对多浪羊的生长性能和消化代谢造成一定影响。本研究建议实际生产中多浪羊饲粮中棉酚含量应低于524.12 mg/kg。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of two sources of gossypol on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and gossypol metabolism of Dolang sheep.A total of 18 adult Dolang wool capricorns weighing(37.13±4.78)kg with permanent fistulas were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group(CK group,diet without gossypol),free gossypol group(FG group,diet with 524.12 mg/kg free gossypol)and acetate gossypol group(AG group,diet with 524.12 mg/kg exogenous acetate gossypol),with six replicates per group and one sheep per replicate.The experimental period was 120 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the CK group,feeding two sources of gossypol diet had no effect on the dry matter intake and average daily gain of Dolang sheep(P>0.05),while the feed/gain in FG group significantly increased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the CK group,feeding two sources of gossypol diet significantly reduced the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,and acidic detergent fiber(P<0.05),while the apparent digestibility of crude fat in the FG group significantly increased(P=0.05).3)Compared with the CK group,feeding two sources of gossypol diet had no effect on water intake,urine output,urine protein and fecal output(P>0.05),while the urine pH in FG group significantly reduced(P<0.05).The free gossypol content in the rumen fluid before morning feeding was lower than that that after morning feeding,and the free gossypol content in the rumen fluid showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing after morning feeding.The free gossypol content in the rumen fluid in the FG group reached its peak later than that in the AG group.The plasma and urine free gossypol contents in the AG group were higher than those in the FG group,which was opposite to the results of fecal excretion of free gossypol.The urine free gossypol content in the FG group was significantly lower than that in the FG group(P<0.05).Feeding two sources of gossypol diets reduce the apparent digestibility of n
