摘　　要：习近平文化思想的正式提出,在党的宣传思想文化事业发展史上具有里程碑意义。从生成逻辑看,习近平文化思想是对新时代宣传思想文化领域创新观点的集纳升华,着眼于回应现实的紧迫需要,植根于新时代党领导文化建设的坚实实践;从主要内容看,习近平文化思想明体达用、体用贯通,从11个方面继承并发展了马克思主义文化思想;从事业发展看,习近平文化思想指引我们以更加系统和联系的观点重新审视传媒业,要求作为“文化基础设施”的主流媒体更好地承担组织政党、整合社会、争夺话语、传承文化等基础性功能。The formal introduction of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture marks a milestone in the Party's history regarding propaganda,ideology,and culture.Viewed through a generative logic lens,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture represents a consolidation and enhancement of innovative conceptualizations in the realm of ideological and cultural promotion tailored to the new era.This ideological framework is strategically crafted to address the immediate needs of contemporary society,deeply rooted in the practical implementation of the Party's cultural leadership reflective of the new epoch.Examining its core content,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture seamlessly integrates theory with practice,propelling and enriching Marxist cultural theory across eleven dimensions.In terms of professional development,this ideological framework encourages a comprehensive reevaluation of the media industry from a more systematic and interconnected perspective.Media entities,serving as foundational components of"cultural infrastructure,"are urged to play more effective roles in party organization,social integration,discourse shaping,and the stewardship of cultural heritage.
