摘　　要：教育行业是高校毕业生就业的重要流向。本文基于对师范类高校毕业生就业意向调查和教育行业用人单位招聘状况调查,研判教育行业就业形势,分析行业供需特点。针对师范类高校毕业生就业面临的主要挑战,给出促进高校毕业生高质量充分就业的对策建议。The education industry is an important destination for college graduates'employment.This article is based on a survey of employment intentions of graduates from normal universities and a survey of recruitment situations in the education industry.It assesses the employment situation in the education industry and analyzes the characteristics of supply and demand in the industry.In response to the main challenges faced by graduates from normal universities in finding employment,it provides recommendations for promoting high-quality and full employment of college graduates.
