摘 要:以三聚氰胺为原料,通过直接热聚合法制备石墨相氮化碳(g-C_(3)N_(4)),再通过强酸剥离法和高速离心法制备二维g-C_(3)N_(4)纳米片(CNNns),以制备的g-C_(3)N_(4)和CNNns为导热填料,环氧树脂E-44(EP)为基体树脂,分别制备g-C_(3)N_(4)/EP复合材料和CNNns/EP复合材料。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等表征手段对氮化碳导热填料的官能团和表面形貌进行了表征,通过热重分析和热导率测定研究氮化碳填料的加入对环氧树脂E-44热稳定性和导热性能的影响。结果表明:氮化碳填料的加入提高了环氧树脂E-44的热稳定性和导热性能,CNNns/EP复合材料的热稳定性和导热性能明显优于g-C_(3)N_(4)/EP复合材料,填充比为26.8%(质量分数)时其热导率最高达到了0.4420 W/(m.K)。This article uses melamine as raw material to prepare graphite phase carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))through direct thermal polymerization,and then prepares two-dimensional g-C_(3)N_(4)nanosheets(CNNns)through strong acid exfoliation and high-speed centrifugation methods.Using g-C_(3)N_(4)and CNNns as thermal conductive fillers and epoxy resin E-44(EP)as matrix resin,g-C_(3)N_(4)/EP composite materials and CNNns/EP composite materials were prepared,respectively.The functional groups and surface morphology of carbon nitride thermal conductive fillers were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and other characterization methods.The influence of the addition of carbon nitride fillers on the thermal stability and thermal conductivity of epoxy resin E-44 was studied through thermogravimetric analysis and thermal conductivity.The results showed that the addition of carbon nitride fillers improved the thermal stability and thermal conductivity of epoxy resin E-44;The thermal stability and thermal conductivity of CNNs/EP composite materials are significantly better than those of g-C_(3)N_(4)/EP composite materials;When the filling ratio is 26.8%(mass fraction),its thermal conductivity is the highest,reaching 0.4420 W/(m•K).
