摘 要:为探究NaOH溶液预处理橡胶颗粒的浓度和时间对橡胶混凝土物理力学性能的影响,将橡胶颗粒浸泡在不同改性浓度(质量浓度)NaOH溶液中进行了不同改性时间的预处理,然后测定了橡胶混凝土试件的抗压强度及抗折强度。结果表明:橡胶混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度总体均随改性浓度的增大和改性时间的延长呈先升高后降低的变化趋势;在一定改性浓度和改性时间范围内,NaOH预处理能提高橡胶混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度,其中,抗压强度变化幅度显著大于抗折强度,两者受改性时间的影响显著强于改性浓度;当改性浓度为4%、改性时间为12 h时,改性效果最佳。In order to explore the effect of the concentration and time of NaOH solution pretreatment rubber particles on the physical and mechanical properties of rubber concrete,the rubber particles were modified in different modification concentrations(mass concentrations)NaOH solutions under different modification time.The compressive strength and flexural strength of rubber concrete were texted.The results showed that at first the overall compressive strength and flexural strength of rubber concrete increases,and then decreases with modification concentration and modification time.Within a certain concentration and time range,NaOH pretreatment can improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of rubber concrete.Among them,the change of compressive strength is significantly greater than that of flexural strength.The influence of modification time is significantly greater than that of modification concentration.When the modification concentration is 4%and the modification time is 12 h,the modification effect is the best.
