摘　　要：新时期以来,作家在散文中既从民族情性层面深入追问科学精神何以难融于中国人的骨血,也从科学传播、科普写作、科研体制、普遍人性、科学本性、教育理念、政治制度等角度探讨了科学精神的失落原因。通过发掘科学精神的现代气质与崇高境界,证明科学精神与艺术精神、哲学精神、宗教精神相通且交融互渗的本质,呈现科学理性对“科学主义”信念的修正,作家阐扬了科学精神的人文本性,为“两种文化”的沟通与融合奠定了坚实基础。新时期以来散文中的“科学精神”书写在创作气象、思想内涵、说理方式上对“五四”传统有明显的承继与突破,在一定程度上提升了科普写作的水准、纠正了科学传播的方向,进而捍卫了散文在科普舞台上的尊严与荣耀。Since the new era,writers have deeply explored the question of the“spirit of science”in prose,examining why it is difficult for the scientific spirit to be ingrained in the Chinese people’s blood and bones.They have also discussed the reasons for the loss of the scientific spirit from various perspectives,such as scientific communication,popular science writing,research systems,and so on.By uncovering the modern temperament and sublime realm of the scientific spirit,proving the essential connection and mutual permeation of the scientific spirit with the spirits of art,philosophy,and religion,and demonstrating the correction of scientific rationality towards the belief in“scientific scientism”.Writers highlight the humanistic nature,which lays a foundation for the communication and integration of“two cultures”.The writing on the“spirit of science”in prose since the new era inherits and breaks through the tradition of the May Fourth Movement in terms of creative atmosphere,ideological content,and reasoning methods.It has to some extent elevated the level of popular science writing,corrected the direction of scientific communication,and thereby defended the dignity and honor of prose in the field of popular science.
