中国与东盟农产品进出口贸易对农业经济增长的影响——基于出口扩展型生产函数的实证研究

摘　　要：农业对于中国和东盟国家的国民经济发展起着重要的作用。文章首先对中国与东盟之间农产品贸易的发展状况与特点展开分析,发现中国与东盟农产品维持着长期贸易逆差。然后以柯布道格拉斯生产函数为基础,构建出口扩展型生产函数模型,从第一产业科技投入、资本投入、从业人员数量等方面分析中国与东盟农产品进出口对农业经济增长的影响。实证分析结果发现中国与东盟农产品进出口贸易对农业经济增长具有正向的显著影响,农产品进出口总额对农业经济增长的影响超过了出口与进口,也大于进口与出口影响的加总。同时第一产业投资额对能够在很大程度上促进农业经济的发展,而科技与劳动力投入的促进作用则不够显著。由此得出中国要努力增加第一产业投资额,发展出口导向型农业企业,提高农业机械化水平,推动农业数字化赋能发展,培养职业化农民,健全农民社会保障体系。Agriculture plays an important role in the national economic development of China and ASEAN countries.The article began with an analysis of the development status and characteristics of agricultural trade between China and ASEAN showed that China and ASEAN maintain a long-term trade deficit in agricultural products.Then,based on the Cobb-Douglas production function,the function of export extension model was constructed,and the impact of China-ASEAN agricultural product imports and exports on agricultural economic growth was analyzed from the aspects of investment in the science and technology industry,capital investment and number of employees in the primary industry.According to the results of the analysis,the import and export trade of agricultural products between China and ASEAN has a significant positive impact on the growth of agricultural economy.The impact of total imports and exports on agricultural economic growth exceeded that of exports and imports,and was greater than the combined influences of imports and exports.Meanwhile,the investment in the primary industry could promote the development of agricultural economy to a large extent,while the promotion effect of science and technology and labor input was not profound enough.It followed that China should make efforts to increase investment in the primary industry,develop export-oriented agricultural enterprises,improve the level of agricultural mechanization,and the development of agricultural digitization,cultivate professional farmers,and facilitate the social security system for farmers.
