摘　　要：粮油产业化龙头企业、粮油合作社、粮油家庭农场等新型粮油经营主体,对于推进粮油产业提质增效、维护国家粮食安全、助推乡村振兴具有不可替代的作用。文章基于对常德市新型粮油经营主体发展现状的深度调研,具体生动反映了新型粮油经营主体在推进粮油产业高质量发展中的重要作用,总结了创新发展典型经验,客观真实剖析了困扰其发展的痛点问题,提出了赋能新型粮油经营主体、助推乡村振兴的建议,即模式赋能,推广企业典型经验;品牌赋能,加快发展地标产业;科技赋能,推进粮油精深加工;服务赋能,支持企业发展壮大。The leading enterprises of grain and oil industrialization,grain and oil cooperatives,grain and oil family farms and other new types of grain and oil business entities play an irreplaceable role in promoting the quality and efficiency of grain and oil industry,maintaining national food security and boosting rural revitalization.Based on the in-depth research on the development status of the new grain and oil business entities in Changde City,this paper vividly reflected the important role of the new grain and oil business entities in promoting the high-quality development of the grain and oil industry,summarizes the typical experience of innovative development,and objectively and truly analyzed the pain points plaguing its development,and put forward suggestions to empower the new grain and oil business entities and boost rural revitalization,and namely:Model enabling,promoting typical enterprise experience;Brand empowerment,accelerate the development of landmark industry;Enabling technology to promote grain and oil intensive processing;Service enabling,support the development and growth of enterprises.
