摘　　要：近年来高校财经类毕业生规模增量、增幅明显,但受经济下行、疫情等因素影响,就业市场上经济类岗位需求不升反降,财经类大学生就业形势日趋严峻。同时叠加“慢就业”观念日渐盛行的客观影响,财经类大学生非主要就业市场就业率不断增加,高校就创业工作面临着新的挑战。文章分析了财经类专业大学生就创业工作的开展困境及成因,并以粮食特色高校中的财经类专业学生在校期间的个人数据指标为分析支撑,归纳出财经类专业毕业生的就创业选择与个人在校数据指标的关联特征。同时,进一步探寻了粮食特色高校的财经类大学生就创业工作成效提升的创新路径,以期为其他特色高校的财经类大学生就创业工作提供新的开展思路。In recent years,the scale of college finance and economic graduates has increased significantly.However,due to the economic downturn,the epidemic and other factors,the demand for economic jobs in the employment market has decreased rather than increased.And the employment situation of financial and economic college students has become increasingly severe.At the same time,under the increasingly prevailing influence of the delayed-employment,the employment rate of economic graduates in the non-main employment market has increasing.So the guidance departments of employment and entrepreneurship in universities were facing new challenges.This paper analyzed the difficulties of entrepreneurship of finance and economics major students,and searched for the cause which led to these difficulties.It concluded the correlation characteristics between finance and economics major graduates'choice of entrepreneurship and the personal data in school,on the basis of the analysis and support of the personal data indicators of finance and economics major students in the university with grain characteristics.This paper further explored the innovation path for finance and economics students in grain-featured universities to improve the effectiveness of their entrepreneurial work,which also provided a new way for some other featured universities to develop their entrepreneurial work of finance and economics students.
