摘　　要：课程思政是将思想政治教育的理论知识、价值追求、精神理念融入到专业课程,潜移默化地对学生思想、行为产生影响,培养新时代“新农人”。通过构建PEST-SWOT复合式矩阵框架,厘清粮食工程专业课程思政在政治、经济、社会以及技术等方面的宏观环境(PEST),分析了粮食工程专业课程思政的优势、劣势、机会和威胁(SWOT)之“势”。基于此,构建新时代高校粮食工程专业课程思政PEST-SWOT复合式矩阵模型,提出优化课程思政之“谋”,培养新时代“新农人”,助力乡村振兴战略实施。Curriculum ideological and political education integrated the theoretical knowledge,value pursuit and spiritual concept of ideological and political education into the professional curriculum,subtly influencing students'thoughts and behaviors,and cultivating"new farmers"in the new era.By constructed a PEST-SWOT composite matrix framework,the macro environment(PEST)of ideological and political education in grain engineering courses in politics,economy,society,and technology was clarified,and the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats(SWOT)of ideological and political education in grain engineering courses were analyzed.Based on this,a PEST-SWOT composite matrix model was constructed for the ideological and political courses of grain engineering majors in universities in the new era,proposed a"plan"to optimize the ideological and political courses,cultivated"new farmers"in the new era,and assisted in the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.
