摘　　要：仲裁是中国法律规定的纠纷解决制度,也是国际通行的纠纷解决方式。充分发挥仲裁在尊重当事人意思自治和便捷、高效解决纠纷等方面的作用,对完善仲裁、调解、行政裁决、行政复议、诉讼等有机衔接、相互协调的多元化解纠纷机制,公正及时解决矛盾,妥善化解纠纷,维护社会稳定,促进改革开放,保障经济社会持续健康发展具有重要意义。To thoroughly implement the Opinions on Improving the Arbitration System and Enhancing the Credibility of Arbitration issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council,and to better adapt to and grasp the new trends and tasks in the development of arbitration.
