摘　　要：会展业素有“城市的面包”和“经济晴雨表”之称,曾有人这样形容会展经济:如果在一座城市举办会展,就好比有一架飞机在该城市的上空撒钱。为什么这么讲?因为会展可以给城市经济带来“乘数效应”,有经济学家研究表明:如果会展业的直接收入是1,其对交通、旅游、餐饮、住宿等相关产业的带动收入是9。也因此,“办好一个展,提升一座城”,成为不少城市的共同追求。本文盘点了几座全球知名会展城市。The convention and exhibition industry is known as the"bread of the city"and the"economic barometer".Someone described the convention and exhibition economy as an aeroplane dropping money over the host city,which reflects the multiplier effect of the industry.A study by economists shows that if the direct income of the convention and exhibition industry is one,its driving force for the outcome of related industries such as transport,tourism.
