摘　　要：耳念珠菌是一种新型致病性多重耐药酵母菌,在环境表面生存能力较强,给医院感染控制带来了一定挑战,对其进行有效的消毒处理是控制该病原体传播的重要措施。但目前我国尚无针对医院内耳念珠菌感染的消毒指引。为做好医院内感染控制,应进一步开展相关研究,尽快确定科学有效的耳念珠菌消毒措施。本文将从耳念珠菌的病原学特征、流行概况、国内外消毒建议及消毒相关研究展开叙述,以期为医院内耳念珠菌消毒措施的制定提供参考。Candida auris is a novel species of pathogenic multidrug-resistant Candida and brings certain challen-ges to control of nosocomial infection due to its powerful viability on environmental surfaces.The effective disinfec-tion is a major measure to control the spread of the pathogen.In China,however,there was no guideline for the disinfection of C.auris.It is necessary to further carry out relevant studies and formulate scientific and effective measures for disinfection of C.auris as quickly as possible so as to control the nosocomial infection.The etiological characteristics,epidemiological features,recommendations for disinfection in China and abroad,and disinfection-related studies were reviewed in the article so as to provide bases for formulating measures for disinfection of C.auris.
