摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎是消化系统的常见病、难治病,属于一种癌前疾病,常常伴有肠上皮化生、上皮内瘤变及炎性反应,与胃癌的发生有密切关系。杨韶华教授从医30余年,临床经验丰富,擅长治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎等脾胃系统疾病,其从肝论治慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗法,疗效确切。此文主要从辨证分型及临证要点等方面总结其思想与经验,以期共同学习。Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common and intractable disease of digestive system,which is a precancerous disease,and often accompanied by intestinal metaplasia,intraepithelial neoplasia precancerous lesions,and is closely related to the occurrence of gastric cancer.Professor Yang Shaohua has been practicing medicine for more than 30 years and has rich clinical experience,specializing in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and other diseases of the spleen and stomach system,which treats chronic atrophic gastritis from perspective of liver with exact curative effect.This paper mainly summarizes his ideas and experiences from the aspects of syndrome differentiation and clinical key points in the hope of common learning.
